If you already know what you're looking for, go straight to the full collection and choose individual cuts. If this is your first time, the curated boxes take the guesswork out: the Essential Box brings together the most representative cuts to get you started, while the Tasting Box lets you try four varieties at once.
Order and pay in seconds
Add to cart and pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. If you prefer to spread the payment, you can pay in installments with Klarna at no extra cost. The entire process is encrypted and goes through Shopify's secure checkout — just like any online store you already know.

We prepare it and ship it chilled
Each cut is vacuum-sealed and packaged in an insulated box with guaranteed cold storage, so the marbling arrives exactly as it left. Each order also includes its certificate of authenticity.
When will it arrive?
We ship Monday to Friday with a guaranteed cold chain. Orders placed before 14:00 ship the same day — those placed later ship the next day.
