At Wagyu BCN, we take care of every detail to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, preserving all the quality and freshness of our Japanese Wagyu.

Shipping times and days 📦

 

• Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday

• Orders placed before 11:30 a.m. are shipped the same day, with delivery within 24 hours (48 hours to the Balearic Islands)

• Deliveries are made from Tuesday to Saturday, always before 1:30 p.m.

• Orders placed on Friday (after 2:00 p.m.), Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Shipments to the Balearic Islands take 2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. on Thursday are shipped the following Monday.

 

Shipping costs 🚚

• Orders from €0 to €150 → €12.90 shipping

• Orders of €150 or more → Free shipping

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout according to the total order amount.

 

 

Delivery and customer responsibility ⏰

 

Deliveries are made before 1:30 p.m. on the scheduled day.

The customer is responsible for being available to receive the order during the delivery window.

If the package cannot be received, Wagyu BCN is not responsible for any damage, loss, or deterioration resulting from the inability to deliver it.

 

 

 

Temperature-controlled transport ❄️

 

All shipments are made using refrigerated and monitored transport, ensuring that the cold chain is maintained consistently throughout the journey.

Each order is supervised and approved in accordance with current Food Safety regulations, ensuring compliance with European food transport standards.

 

 

Public holidays and non-working days 📅

 

Delivery times may be affected by national, regional, or local public holidays, both at the origin and destination. If a delivery coincides with a non-working day, it will be made on the next available working day.

In these cases, especially with refrigerated or frozen products, the extended transit time may affect the product’s optimal storage conditions.

Wagyu BCN is not responsible for possible alterations resulting from delays caused by public holidays, as these are factors beyond our control.

We recommend checking the order’s condition upon delivery and contacting us immediately in the event of any issue.
